Expressions of Interest

to deliver a specialist substance misuse services to children and young people for Northamptonshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team.

Northamptonshire DAAT is seeking to procure a Children and Young People Specialist Substance Misuse Treatment Service, and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations with a proven track record of delivering specialist substance misuse services to children and young people.

This will be an open access service closely linked to universal and targeted children and young people’s services. The service will be required to provide psychosocial, pharmacological, harm reduction and family interventions.

The successful applicant will need to work with other children and young people service providers in the county.

The contract will be for a period of three years subject to evidence of need, annual review and recurrent funding. It is expected that the contract will start in Dec 08 / Jan 09.

An electronic tendering process is being used. Interested bidders will need to register on the eSourcing portal at www.ncc.bravosolution.com and follow the instructions for completing the Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).

Final date and time for receiving the completed PQQ is Monday 30 June 2008 at 10:00 hrs.
