The Chair of the DAAT is Andy Pemberton.

The DAAT team and their responsibilities

DAAT strategy manager: Clive Jekyll

• Leads on all matters related to the DAAT across all thematic areas.
• Supports all meetings of the DAAT.
• The overall commissioner of drug and alcohol services and the budget holder.
• Leads on tackling drugs supply

Policy and Commissioning leads:

Adult treatment: Under advertisement

• Leads on coverage of all adult treatment matters
• Assistant commissioner on adult treatment issues for drugs and alcohol
• Takes lead on performance management of provider agencies

Criminal Justice: On secondment from probation, Ian Fulton

• Strategic lead on all criminal justice issues,
• Assistant commissioner for CJS services.
• Takes lead on performance management of DIP and other CJS compact targets.

Working closely with this post, but employed within Northamptonshire Police, is Inspector Michael Smith, who is the DIP operational lead.

Working for the DAAT on the implementation of prison based integrated drug treatment, is Patrick Reihill, who is employed by the PCT

Strategic Communities Planning officer: Katie Sheldrick

• Lead on young people
• Lead on communities policy and supporting area based substance misuse partnerships to tackle local issues, including neighbourhood renewal and supply side matters at local level.
• Assistant commissioner to DAAT manager re young people in relation to both alcohol and drugs.

Alcohol Strategy officer: Terry Pearson

• Leads on all matters related to alcohol strategy implementation as a whole, but working closely with all of the above

Managerial technical staff:

Data manager: Laura Stancombe

• Manages all data for the partnership and provides performance management data oversight and technical support

Data assistant: Under advertisement

Finance officer: Shirley Marrable

• Handles all budget matters in support of DAAT manager and in relation to service contracts managed by policy staff.

DAAT training and Communications manager (post under advertisement)

• Responsibility for strategic direction and commissioning of training
• Workforce development
• DAAT communications
